Fill in the request application form below if you want to request an Open Burn (recreational fire) Permit.

Open Burn Request




This is the address where the fire will take place.

  


Upon approval, this is where the link to print the permit is sent.

Fires are only allowed to burn for 3 hours per day, and must be extinguished by 11:00 PM.
In the months of March, April, May, October, and November, the fires cannot begin before 6:00 PM.


Permits require a 48-hour notice, and are not processed after 4pm or on weekends.
Please be aware that you do not have permission to burn until you receive an approval email.


Forbidden Materials

Materials that you are not permitted to burn are: leaves, branches, sticks, twigs, brush, grass, treated lumber such as 2×4s or pallets, yard debris of any kind, construction material of any kind, etc.
