Sign and Paint - In-House Sign Making
Signs are created in-house in our sign shop using two methods, screen printing and computer cut vinyl sheeting. Each method is described below.
Screen Printing
Sign laid out on computer to create screen image
Screen created and mounted
Blank sign placed under screen
Ink squeegeed through screen onto blank
Completed sign
Computer Cut Vinyl Screening
Sign is designed on the computer and sent to cutting machine
Vinyl is cut on machine, which operations much like an old printer
Excess vinyl is "weeded" or removed
Completely weeded vinyl ready to be placed on sign blank
