Mayor's Office - Executive Orders and Policies

Mayors of statutory cities in Ohio are authorized by law to establish rules, policies, and procedures for most City employees via executive order.  These executive orders govern the activity of all those employees under the authority of the Mayor and his Cabinet, which comprise an overwhelming majority of City government.

Below, you will find a listing of all Executive Orders issued by the Healy administration.  To view an executive order, simply click on its title.

**Note:  Per Executive Order 09-001, all previous executive orders issued by prior administrations are hereby considered null and void unless listed below.
